Please read our policy on returns, refunds, and cancellations carefully. By placing an order with Annu Enterprises, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. No Returns or Refunds
All sales made through the Annu Enterprises website are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products once an order has been successfully placed and shipped. Please ensure you carefully review your order before making a purchase.
2. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately after placing the order. We cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be successful, as order processing begins promptly.
3. Claims for Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we take great care in packaging and shipping, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a claim, you must provide a full, uninterrupted unboxing video of the package. This video must clearly show the condition of the box upon arrival and the contents as they are being unboxed. Without this video proof, no claim will be processed.
